In this role, you’ll be truly working at scale to develop new features for both of this company’s UI’s on different parts of their platform. The first is their customer-facing portal- so you’ll be working with everything from the moment their customer’s login to beyond. Then they have their internal portal environments built with React, TypeScript, & GraphQL, backed by Go-based gRPC services that talk to their CDN. It’s all bleeding-edge technology that involves loads of containers like Docker, VMs, APIs, & Microservices architecture. They always pivot to the new stuff right away! For example, they were using GraphQL and React Hooks from the start. Their platform deals with hundreds of thousands of requests per second, so it’s bigger than you could ever imagine! I’m talking about a 40-terabyte network! The best part? Your code will constantly hit production with continuous delivery, so you’ll get to deploy code every single day!
